Hi, all... :)

I was wondering if anyone here is involved with or knows someone who is involved with Kundalini Yoga in NYC. If so, I'd love to know! :)

Blissings,
Peter

I used to live in NYC, and I used to go to Universal Force Yoga on 24th and Broadway. The guy there is Gurunam. He's great, but his classes are very crowded. When I was there, he taught on Wednesday nights... Not exactly what you're looking for, but it's a place to start.

Universal Force is great... there are other classes that aren't as crowded. Check out www.universalforceyoga.com for the schedule. The lunchtime classes are usually only a handful of people and the instructors are very good. It's definitely a sacred space. There's also Kundalini East on 18th and Broadway, but I haven't been there. Heard some good things about it though.

Also, the Open Center has some good seminars. I took one with Ravi Singh there which was great. Taken his classes and workshops many times.

Thank you, Patrick and Peter for the recommendation! I shall definitely check it out! I'm also interested in connecting with others on the path as peers to support each other.

        Smiles for all,
        Peter
