Oh, hello again...yes definitely check out Stuart Perrin...I have been on this path a while..martial arts, higher consciousness. etc....In '70 or so I asked the Universe for a meditation teacher...and in '73 bumped into Stuart Perrin here in N. Texas...he had an Ashram in Denton Tx...I am in F.W. Tex....he was the student of Swami Rudrananda...a no nonsense Jewish swami from NYC...(there was such a thing)....Rudi...went to India in the 50's and became a swami...he broke it down to a simple open eye meditation....you don't have to deal with a buch of monkey gods, or ganeshes etc...he boiled it down to what works in todays world....and the method is highly effective....you have to find what sings to your heart.....there are many paths......
I have also found Falun dafa ... (google) which is what I practice along with martail arts these days.....(free)...'
Oh, and check out Aloeswood incense..
Namaste,
