Also, playing any recording of Adi Shakti mantra is incredibly powerful, especially while nursing. My boyfriend gave his friend a recording of adi shakti when she was having trouble making milk, and she started lactating literally minutes after putting on the CD (she didn't even do yoga and had no idea what the heck just happened).

In teacher training, were were taught that a mother can help work through a baby's karma during the pregnancy by doing any sort of meditation. However, if you want specific meditations or kriyas, I would consult any of the books, DVDs, or CDs produced by the pre-natal yoga guru herself, Gurmukh.
