Can kundalini yoga help with burnout recovery?
Any do's and don'ts?
Any special kriyas, meditations etc?
I esp. like to hear from people who have actually experienced something like this themselves, or personally know burnt out people who've benefited from KY, or KY teachers who have guided students with burnout.

Wed, March 11, 2009 - 4:36 PMNot sure exactly what you mean by burnout, but I'm assuming fatigue and stress.
First off, being good to your body is the most important thing to do. Be sure to get proper sleep and nutrition as well as plenty of water. Past that, I'd suggest the stress set for adrenals and kidneys, it will help to re-energize the body:
