so what i get from this video and what i have studied-
in our dreams (astral plane)- we manifest things with the mind instantly with light energy (subtle)
in our 'waking' state we manifest things with the mind with physical energy (gross) slowly..
so really this is all dreamed up life.. the house, car, computer, etc.. was just an idea and we manifested it with our mind.

then also going deeper- is nature a dream manifested through the mind, consciousness. but not ours obviously..
what about children our mind dreams to make a child and we do this sexual act and a child is manifested.. created
if everythings a creation of the mind then anything we create is just an illusion. so what must we do, not do anything, not create anything, atleast for some period of time.
i see nithyananda talks about thoughts being maya, past and future but never present, yet he must think to lecture. so i guess we must first realize our stillness, get out of maya then exist in it, without being caught up in it..
