Hi,

I´m sure that most of you are familiar with kundaliniyoga.org, if not I would urge you to check that site out.

This is not an ad., the site if free, but if you want to get to the goodies that this site has to offer (online KY lessons) there´s a small fee (8 USD per month or 72 USD a year).

    Are you able to learn through CDs? No personal coaching/ training is required?

      Hi,

      the lessons are "live streamed" with Guru Rattana where she is holding a KY class for her students.

      Personal coaching is not required to be able to see these videos,
